d) All personal information relating to application, transaction, or communication etc with Senzo, including, but not limited to the Contact Information; referred to as ("Billing Information").

f) All Contact Information, Billing Information, and Browser Information, and additional device-related information such as mobile phone model, make, brand, OS version; collectively referred to as ("Customer Information").

What Personal Data Does Senzo and Its Subsidiaries Collect?

We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring that your personal data is protected. With your acknowledgment, our Web Content, Apps, Servers, and Gateways may collect the following data:

a) Mobile device information such as model, make, brand, and operating system (OS) version.

b) Analytics data, such as the frequency and duration of your use of our Apps, error reports, performance data, and usage trends.

c) Browser Information, including IP address, GEO location, and cookies.

d) All data related to the usage of the Apps is stored on your device, the Gateways, the Server, while the above information may be used to improve user experience, monitor performance, and enhance security.

What Do We Use Your Information For?

We collect and process your information for the following purposes:

a) Analytics: To understand how our Apps and Web Content are used and to identify areas for improvement.

b) Device Information: To ensure the compatibility and performance of our Apps across various devices and platforms.

c) Security: To maintain the security of your data and prevent unauthorized access to our systems.

d) Service Improvement: To enhance our services, troubleshoot issues, and monitor the performance of our Apps.

All data related to the usage of the Apps is stored on your device, the Gateway, and the Server. All data and communications packets are directly forwarded to the Apps and Gateways, none of which is stored or collected beyond the purposes outlined above.

How Do We Protect Your Information?

We take data security seriously and implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information:

• Encryption: All communication between the server and the client uses TLS1.2 encryption to ensure data security.
• Data Storage: All data is stored on your Gateway, or your App, and also on our Server.

Can I Delete My Data?

You have full control over your data. You can manually delete your data by:

• Logging into the Gateway: You can access and delete your data by logging into the Gateway through the App.
• Uninstalling the App: Deleting the App from your device will also remove all data associated with the App.

Warranty Information Collection

In order to provide warranty and support services, we may collect the following personal data during the warranty registration process:

• Owner's name
• Contact number
• Address
• Email address
• Device information (model, make, serial number, purchase date)

This data is collected solely for the purpose of providing warranty services and support and is not shared with any third parties unless required for the purposes of fulfilling the warranty terms.

Do We Disclose Any Information to Outside Parties (3rd Party Data Sharing)?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety. Users in possession of another User's personal information (the "Disclosing Party") through the use of Senzo's Services (the "Receiving Party") hereby agree that:

b) Disclosing Party may request to remove his or her data so collected from the Receiving Party's database; and
c) Disclosing Party may request to review the information collected about them by the Receiving Party. Items (b) and (c) above are in compliance with required applicable laws.
